Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you are having swollen ankles. You need to done your heart and kidney function tests to know the cause. Other important cause is deranged liver function but you said that it is okay. Till then keep them elevated on pillow during resting periods. Avoid dependent position. Active toe movements help in reducing swelling. You can discuss your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us.
