Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic.

Stretch marks at this young age commonly happen either due to rapid weight gain, where the skin does'nt get enough time to stretch OR after shedding weight from being in an overweight state.

The collagen and elastic fibres in the dermis rupture and thereby give rise to stretch marks/gaps in the skin beneath epidermis.

There is really no treatment which can reverse stretch marks totally but I normally recommend a cream containing 0.05% tretinoin once daily at night in my patients. Tretinoin can cause some dermal collagen remodelling thereby making the marks less noticeable. It needs to be applied over a long term to produce noticeable improvement.
