What Is The Treatment For Sore Spot On Top Of My Head And Painful Headache?

I have had a sore spot on the top of my head for about a week which has been irritating at least and painful with a headache at its worse. Last night my forehead became raised and red all the way across and halfway down towards my brown. I ache all over this morning and still have the raised forehead and redness. Why?

There seems to be an abscess. That needs to be drained and you need to be started on antibiotics like cefexime or augmentin etc. You may take strong painkillers as well like diclofenac or naproxyn sodium etc.
