Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
As per your complain greenish discolouration of back of tongue can be due to staining with some food or foods or can be due to food debris accumulation in that area that is being broken down by chromogenic bacteria that produces colour and greenish discolouration can be due to it..
The small bumps at the back of tongue are Circumvallate Papillae that contains
taste buds and are normally slightly raised structures and may or may not be inflamed in your case..
A small bump at the tongue tip seems to be a
canker sore or an apthous ulcer and is commonly duue to iron or
Vitamin B12 deficiency,
injury to tongue tip over intake of acidic or citrus foods and drinks etc..
Nothing to worry, you can mix 1:1 solution of
hydrogen peroxide and water and dip a soft toothbrush in it and brush over the tongue to remove the green coating, you can also use a tongue scraper and gradually by doing it daily the coating will remove..
You can gargle with warm saline water..
Drink plenty of water..
If the ulcer at the tongue tip causes pain apply a numbing gel containing Lignocaine over it..
Take a
multivitamin tablet for a week..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards..
