Hi and welcome to HCM
Firstly just to clarify, are you losing hair all over the
scalp or only in the front and center of scalp? have you consulted a dermatologist specifically. Do you notice loss of hair anywhere else over the face, body, etc?
Hereditary hair loss as you see in older men is called
androgenic alopecia and if you have a family history, you are more prone to lose hair.
Your
stress, lack of rest, improper diet, pollution etc will add to hair loss.
Hair treatments can generally only slow down hereditary hair loss.
You can take a hair supplement 1-2 daily for at least 2 months like
Follihair capsules or
Keraglo men.
Use a shampoo like anaphase or Hair 4 U. Dont use any styling products.
You can try a
minoxidil 10% solution at night but some people experience hairfall after stopping the solution.
other methods include surgical like PRP for you, or transplants, for which you must consult a reputed clinic.
If you have
hair fall all over scalp and other body parts, do
consult a dermatologist to diagnose as you may then require
steroids or other treatment.
Remember all treatments require regular care and will take 1-2 months to show results.
Hope this helps.
