What Is The Treatment For Severe Anxiety With High BP?

Hi My name is Alan Smith I am suffering from anxiety My BP was 160/90 just before few month i am just 29 yrats old. now i have started taking treatment from one well known psychologist. He has given me follwing tablets. 1) Rex XR 2) Mirtaz 15 3) felicita od and 4) selekon xl 50mg 5) zapiz 1.0 if needed. so now blood pressure become 150/80. doctor told me that he will stop the treatment after reagaing original normal. and also told me that do not need to continue this medication after reaching BP at normal level.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Still your BP is not under control. Are you elder. Please get your sugars, lipid profile tested. Have low salt diet and do regular exercises. It's unlikely that your BP will be controlled and you will need treatment for high BP. So if your BP is elevated then you should have a treatment for the same. You can consult your physician to add telmisartan for BP control.
