i feel like having piles problem. Not sure.Some time really hurt bad in mornings. last whole 2 months was fine.. & suddenly this started again.Its not that critical now. Only some pain in morning. But is it true that excess amount of peanuts in meals can cause some trouble. I am not allergic to peanut at all. Love from my childhood & never had nay problem yet.
As you mentioned you have problem of piles means hemorroid. Excessive straining at toilet time lead to bleeding. Anti inflammatory drugs may help.. Lignocain ointment apply before going toilet time.
Avoid spicy food. Drink more water per day.. High fiber foods helpful for digestion. Avoid constipation problem. Warm water sitz bath also helpful in hemorroids.
Consult a physician or gastroenterologist for further treatment. Anorectal examination help in diagnosis.
