What Is The Treatment For Ovarian Follicle?

Hi Doctor, I am 35 and trying to conceive from last 6 months, I am on fertility drugs, i got my TVS ultrasound today and it shows follicle in right ovary of 13mm on 12th day of my LMP and endo thickness as 5.6mm. What are the chances of positive result?

Hello,
The follicle should be about 20mm-22 mm by day 14-16 before it can rupture and ovulation can occur. You need to continue your follow up scans and wait for ovulation to occur to have chances of conception.
