What Is The Treatment For Neck Tingling And And Nausea After Head Injury?

Hi, yesterday I hit the right side of my head on a metal bar. I immediately got tingling in my neck and nausea which passed after about 5 minutes. HI
Thank for asking to HCM
Looking to your history it can be said that the cervical spine muscles must have been injured (Mild ) that causes this symptom but nothing to worry about this will go away very soon, if I would be your doctor then I would advise you to have a bed rest and start taking "Diclofenac" 50 mg tab in sustain release form just once in day. this will subside the symptoms have nice day.
