i have menses problem for a long long time,like i miss periods 3 months and then i have it,then again n again,but last month i had my menses which was normal and this month i also had it but it was not normal like was very light and didnt have it whole day flow thing just in the morning and disappears then again at nite disappears,now a new thing has started,i had this tingling started on my rite arms and now the it has started on whole of my body.just like for example a small ant movement like,ont only at one place one time but whole body,pliz i need some advice if i have any vitamins or iron problem.its very disturbing.will wait for ur reply..thnx shireen
