What Is The Treatment For Headache?

i was cleaning and put to much bleach on the floor to mop and i think the fumes have made my head go into servier pain that i have never had befor its been with me now about 4 days and the only thing i receive from a doctor is pain pills thats not really working and some pills for arthrithis

Hi thanks for asking question.

Fumes might inhaled and can lead respiratory infection.you could have chemical induced rhinitis or sinusitis like condition.

Treat it symptomatically.

Usually within few days it will go away.

You can take combiflame or naproxen like strong analgesic for headache.

Cetrizine and decongestant taken if needed.

Muscle relaxation and massage useful.

Basil leaves oil topical application could be useful herbal remedy.

Take rest and enough sleep.

Don't worry.you will alright within 3 to 5 days.

If still condition worsen then we will do further work up with more history.

Take care.
