What Is The Treatment For Hard Bump On Buttocks With Pus?
I have a hard bump on my bum that won t go away. Occasionally I have squeezed it hard enough that white waxy/pus material comes out. However, it does not heal. I have had one or two others on the back of my thighs that have mostly gone away, but I can t get the one on my bum to go away. It is about the size of a dime.

From history it seems that you might be having infected Sebaceous cyst passing cheesy material while squeezing and not healing.
It should be excised with sac to get complete cure.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
