What Is The Treatment For Discomfort Below Navel?

For the last 4 days I have had an uncomfortable feeling in the stomach below the naval,I am going to the toilet up to 3 times a day (poo) it seems normal not runny or loose, I have been checking for blood buy havnt noticed any in the poo or on the toilet paper

Hi,

Thanks for writing to HCM.

You are having either gastritis or mild bowel infection.... try taking a ppi and preprobiotics... it should help...eat fresh curds and fruits and avoid tea, coffee, soda drinks...
