What Is The Treatment For Cold,heart Pain And Joint Pain?
Good morning,doctor! About 2 years ago I got intravenous antibiotics for Lyme decease. Results were very good:even arthritic pain from left knee was relieved. but soon after treatment started have arthritic pain in the right hip. 6 months of physical therapy in general is to helping, just for a couple of days after each visit. 2 weeks ago i got a cold and can not recover:am getting worst with fatigue,pain in the heart,pain in other joints. All of these is remaining me what I felt when first came to my doctor with Lyme decease. No results of Lyme decease in test showing that I ever had it.But first couple of tests 2 years ago did show decease and improvement after injections of penicillin. who can help me, i am nearly functioning. As you have mentioned that test for Lyme's disease is negative, the possibility of Lyme's disease is ruled out.
The cold which you have mentioned can be the usual cold due to viral infection.
You can take symptomatic treatment for cold.
Heart pain implies chest pain and it can be due to muscular pain, gastritis or cardiac pain.
You can get an ECG done to rule out heart ailment.
In case you have regurgitation, the gastrointestinal problem needs to be ruled out.
Arthritic pain in the hip joint can be due to recurrence of Lyme's disease or appearance of new infection.
However, since Lyme's disease has been ruled out, some other cause has to be sought out.
You need to consult your physician.
