What Is The Treatment For Chest Pain And Heaviness In The Chest?

I recently had some blood work done because of visit to the ER for chest pain, heaviness. My platelet count was low, it was 90, 2 weeks later I had another blood test and it was 50. My WBC and RBC is normal. who should I see for this, my family doctor or a blood specialist? What are the most important things I should tell my doctor about my lifestyle and symptoms?

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you should consult blood specialist (haematologist).
As your platelets are decreasing.
Causes of these are
1. Viral infection like dengue
2. Hemolysis
3. Liver disorder
4. Disorder of platelets itself
5. Malignancies
So consult haematologist.
About your chest pain and heaviness in chest, I advice you to get done ECG and 2D Echo to rule out cardiac causes.
