What Is The Treatment For Burning Urination And Could I Have Contracted HIV After Unprotected Oral Sex?

I had unprotected oral sex( me being the receiver) from a CSW ,
Started getting burning sensation while urinating.
After coming back I noticed something that looks like a cut on the tip of the penis but no bleeding but reddish like blood is present.COULD I HAVE CONTACTED HIV? Presuming she has HIV not knowing here status.
Small dots were already existing on my penis from a long time non painful but that has happened before due to some bacterial infection.
But now I am freaked out as I have never done this before and my blood pressure has shot up in anxiety.
After consulting my doctor I was advised to take cifran500 and apply cosvate gm cream..
The burning while passing urine has reduced after completing the med but after starting application cream (also inside the foreskin because there were very small dots painless or any feelng)
I am married and have had only monogamous relation, this is the first encounter .
Now I am getting a burning sensation on tip of my penis and the skin looks on the tip without the skin looks wrinkled when flaccid but normal when erect this burning sensation continuous all the time. I feel feverish continuously but the running temperature is about 97.6-97.9 I am very tensed and cannot sleep.
Though I heard enzymes in saliva kill the HIV virus and are present in very small numbers and cannot be transferred.
Reading a lot of forums it's seems there isn't any case of transmission this way I had no vaginal or anal contact.

Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you had unprotected oral sex with CSW.and now having burning urination and worried about ahving acquired HIV.

Please note that HIV is not transmitted with oral sex ,it is always transmitted through intra vaginal penetrative sex.

Since oral mucosa is full of bacterial flora your urinary symptoms are due to UTI .

Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefexine along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water. To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

You may get basic blood test to rule out HIV this will help to relieve your anxiety and worry.
