General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi, I understand you had Varicocele on both sides and you got operated for the same. Did you get laser surgery, open or laparoscopic? Hydrocele can happen after such surgeries. Do you have any pain in the testicles or swelling? If yes, then you can undergo surgery for the hydrocele but I would advice against surgery for the Hydrocele. Wear tight underwear and observe if the testicles dont pain. Do you have any fever or burning in urine? Do let me know. It will give me a better idea as to whats going on. Just hang in there and try to get back to an active life slowly. Will wait for your response. Try some Ayurveda or naturotherapy till then. Take care and you can also contact me by going to 'Ask a Specialist' Section.
