What Is The Treatment For A Painful Lump On The Arm?

16 yr. old boy, MRI shows 6cm solid mass in upper arm, with a 4cm long mass coming from the tip of the bone closest to elbow joint. The mass has been there for over 2 years and just had the MRI because it is now causing muscle swelling and pain. To see orthopedic surgeon in a few days.

agree with the MRI procedure to assess the characteristic and extent of involvement of the mass. the next step would probably be a biopsy of the mass.

close follow-up with the orthopedic surgeon needed.
