Hi,
Usually the episiotomy takes about 4 weeks to heal. Occasionally it may take up to six weeks if the episiotomy is deep.

Is the bleeding present only when you pass stool?
Do you have problem of piles? If you feel the bleed you see while passing stools is from episiotomy wound, press the episiotomy wound with clean pad while passing stools. This helps to relieve pressure on the episiotomy wound.

Some time the episiotomy wound can hurt on off in the first few weeks and it is normal. You can use paracetamol for the same. But if the pain is severe or if there is foul smelling discharge then it indicates infection and you must see your doctor. To get relief from pain just pour warm water over episiotomy area while passing urine.
If the episiotomy wound is sore, sex is going to hurt. So wait until it heals.
I hope I have answered your concerns.
