What Is The Survival Rate Of A Person With 20% Heart Functioning?

Hi, my father was diagnose by doctor that his heart was functioning 20% right now. He also diagnosed to have diabetes. He will be taking angiogram test soon. May i know what this indicate? My father still can walk and climbing stair. He doing some light exercise during the evening. He said that his leg feel cramp and a little discomfort at the back of the leg.

It cant be easily predicted since it depends on other diseases and his general condition. People may live for many years even with ejection fraction of 20%,he should just take medication regularly and avoid risk factors such as smoking or obesity.
