The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is furunculosis which is an infection of the hair follicle. It can be treated with topical antibacterial creams like mupirocin. You must avoid pricking or fiddling with them. A short course of oral antibiotic like azithromycin might also help. For the Acne you can apply topical antibacterial creams like clindamycin over the affected area along with topical Tretinoin at night. Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy.
