I live in boynton beach, fl 33426. I am 70 years old and suffer from celutius. When I was younger I had blood clots in both my legs. For the past ten years the infection settles in my left leg. I need an infectious disease doctor in my area. My left foot is extremly swollen. I know what has to be done, however, my internist is not taking an aggressive approach. I told him in the last several years I have gotten celulitis at least 4 times. The current internist put me on doxycycline 100 mg 2 times daily. From my past hospital experiences I know I need intervenious antibiotics. My situation is a difficult one. I just lost my husbans 7 weeks ago. I moved to this community in April 2013. I need to have treatment at home because I have several pets and no one to look after them. I know this intraveneous can be done at home. Can you help me? Please forgive my spelling.
