Hi, thanks for using HCM.

In sexually active women with delayed periods first i would like to rule out pregnancy. Get urine pregnancy test done to confirm or rule out pregnancy.

once pregnancy is ruled out, then you can take medications for periods to start. I usually prescribe tab. primoult N for 5 days for my patients. once you stop these medication period will start as withdrawal bleeding.
You should also aware of side effects like head ache, nausea and uncontrolled bleeding in few women with this medication. You need a doctor prescription for medication

Hope this helps you.

Regards
