What Is The Remedy To Lower The Blood Pressure?

I am 26 and have a bp of 148/78 after several days of testing. I am 6ft 200 lbs, fairly active lifting weights. I cut out coffee recently (few days ago) and started eating celery to lower my pressure. I have consistantly eaten on average 2 to 3 fruits and vegitables a day. How long should I wait until I see my doctor?

Hypertension means the excessive pressure on the arterial (blood vessel) walls. The normal range of BP is 100-140 systolic and 60-90 diastolic. you can very much control the BP elevation by lowering the level of sodium intake which includes common salt and baked food ( baking soda is sodium bicarbonate) and slightly increasing the use of food which are diuretic in nature. If you have diabetes along with hypertension reduce the fruit and sweet intake.
