Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that she has the pelvic inflamatory disease, due to nosocomial infection, or herniation in the suture area.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, mefenamic acid etc.
Ask her to take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to have good health resistance against the infections.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
