However there are number of physiological conditions that ma cause these eg lack of fluids, menses, anxiety. I am assuming these are not the cause of your symptoms. other causes to be concerned are- 1. Thyroid disorder- the thyroid gland produces hormones. the inappropriate secretion of these hormones can cause similar symptoms. i would therefore suggest testing thyroid profile. 2. Checking sugars, even though you are young is a good idea. And I would suggest you do that as well just to make sure that abnormal sugars are not causing the problems. 3. Check hemoglobin. Some patients who have anemia develop these symptoms too. These symptoms are usually in addition to other symptoms like generalized weakness, easy fatigue, etc I hope this helps you.
