I'm a seventeen year old senior in high school. I've taken some advanced medical classes but I'm not sure what to do. Today I was hit on the top of my head by a full force punch and it left an indentation the size of the person's knuckle. Is this serious and what should I do?

Head injuries must be dealt with caution.
If you have severe pain, vomiting, loss of memory, unconsciousness or loss of balance then you must consult a neurologist and get a CT scan done immediately. Any head injury is observed for 24 hours for worsening of symptoms.
