What Is The Recommended Dose Of Flexon In Children?

My 8 yrs old daughter has fever about 102. I don t have cetamol and flexon suspension at home. It is 1 o clock midnight and cant go out to buy. I have flexon tablet. Can I give her that if yes then can you tell me the dose. Thank you.. I am from Kathmandu Nepal. I am waiting . I just need dose ...can you plz tell doctor

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query your daughter have fever around 102 degree which is due to viral infection and impaired immunity of body. Need not to worry.I would suggest you to take antibiotics such as Levofloxacin. You should take mucolytic agent as well. Take Flexon/ paracetamol every 4 hrly. You should consult a pediatrician and get evaluated and go for chest x ray to find out exact diagnosis and start treatment. You should use mist humidifiers in room. Give her plenty of water to rehydarte. Give child proper rest.
