What Is The Reason Of Testicular Pain?

hello sir
sir i am suffering from intense pain in my right testis Doctor advised me for vsg scrotum ,then serum analysis, then urine flow, then biochemistry but not a single problem found but at last dr advised me for TB PCR after doing this tb found which is 937copies/mi...
canyou advised me i this ythe reason of my pain?......help

Hi.
The commonest reason for testicular pain on one side is testicular torsion. Other being Epididymo-orchitis. TB of this organ is never so much painful; another reasons can be varicose veins, trauma etc.
TB per se does not cause severe pain. IF TB PCR is above normal , your Doctor may start anti-tubercular treatment. Your tests are normal.
Ask your Doctor if you have inguinal hernia causing nerve based referred pain or not.
