Hi,

I can understand your concern for white fluid filled spot on finger tip.

It appears from your query that you are suffering from "Pompholyx". It is a mild hypersensitivity reaction to the any of the chemicals or dust particles coming in the contact of skin surface.

These particle enter to into the skin and then due to the fact that skin tries to push them away, it leads to the eruptions. You can do saline compression over the affected area for two times.

Apply "Fluticasone" cream over the area for two times in a very thin layer. If despite above treatment the things recurs then you can meet a dermatologist.

Take care.
