What Is The Reason For Weakness, Dizziness If Nutritional Supplements Have Had No Effect And Doctor Has Declared Him Healthy?
My husband has no energy and dizziness, trouble waking up in morning. He rarely feels like eating This is extreme. All tests show there is nothing wrong with him but he is not getting better he is 75 we have tried supplements to no effect, this is not just tiredness. He has had every blood test the Dr can think of and is declared healthy. We are quite desperate about this. He only weighs 52k

Is your husband a diabetic or a hypertensive?
Generalized weakness,Loss of apetite and loss of weight are symptoms worth noting.
Does he have fever ?
Such sypmtoms often accompany with fever of possibly low grade;assuming you have not noticed it.
Does he have cough too ?
All the symptoms mentioned look like Tuberculosis(T.B).Better visit a physician and rule that out.
