What Is The Purpose Of Foli-db And MerryGo Plus?

Hi.. I concieved just recently and I got myself checked by the gynecologist and she has suggested me to take Foli DB 12 and MerryGO Plus tablets. I want to know what is the purpose of these medicines and how long should i take these medicines. Also what additional precautions I need to take during this time. Thanks

Foli DB 12 is a medication primarily containing folic acid, which needs to be supplemented in pregnancy. It helps to prevent anaemia in pregnancy and required for neural tube formation in the growing foetus.
MerryGo contains Doxylamine Succinate Pyridoxine Hydrochloride. Doxylamine Pyridoxine combination helps to prevent and treat nausea and vomiting in pregnancy.
Additional precautions what you need to take is eat healthy food, foods rich in dietary fibres to prevent constipation and drink good quantity of fluids to keep yourself well hydrated.
