What Is The Prognosis For A 100% Blocked LAD Artery?

A 60 year old man with a MI d/t 100% blocked LAD. Ejection fraction of 29%. Went to the cath lab and stented the LAD. His RCA was 70% blocked as well but no stent. He was put on a LVAD, intubated on the vent. He s having runs of V tach. Is there much chance of survival?
