What Is The Penile Discharge?

I am worried about my penis, I am 31 years I am not married yet, I used to astrubrate twice a week or some times once but white clear odourless gel always comes from tip of penis, I am t facing any problems but my boxer get the marks. I am confused that whether it is symptoms of any problem in future. Please replay to my problem.

Hi,

Clear discharge which is odourless is generally not a sign of infection. Masturbation is no problem, in fact it is healthy as long as not done in an addicted way. Once or twice a week is fine. However, if you are sexually active with multiple partners and seeing a fluid like discharge leaking from your penis, it could be chlamydia infection (STD).

It is STI, so you need to visit ER, get examined and have STD tests done. In the meantime, you can take antibiotics (Cefixime-Suprax, doxycycline-doxt.)

You can also apply Metronidazole cream (topical Metrogel) to relieve. If the fluid leaking is not associated with burning pain or irritation and you do not have multiple partners, then also get examined and treated.
