Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
Albumin should not be present in urine.
The total amount of protein in urine should be less tha 150 mg/24 hours.
Presence of albumin between 30-300 mg.dL is called microalbuminuria.
Levels above 300 mg/dL suggests increased permeability of glomerular membrane.
Albumin excretion in urine is seen in diabetes mellitus and its presence is suggestive of diabetic nephropathy.
Thus, get your blood glucose levels checked and consult your nephrologist.

Thanks and take care
