Hi there...
According to JNC VII (Joint national committe for the prevention, evaluation, detection and management of blood pressure) normal blood pressure is less than 120/80mmhg.
Blood pressure of 141/79mmhg it is grade 1 hypertension that should be managed with good antihypertensives,in addition to that you have difference in blood pressure of both arms with wide pulse pressure so you should get echocardiography to rule out coarctaion of aorta.
Regards.
