I have a problem, I am shy how I say but I am worried to take my problem. Sir I have pain in my penis when my penis enlarge my pain become so high even I can't do sex and front side of my penis its looks like a hard acne inside urine passing side and also my penis is not ready to do sex Sir, I am married man and have three childrens and my age is 40 years.
