The above report is indicative of Garnerella vaginalis infection known as bacterial vaginosis. The pus cells in the report show immune response, presence of RBCs indicative of erosion by G. vaginalis. Clue cells present are microscopic finding which is suggestive of G. vaginalis. Culture is also suggestive of G. vaginalis that means it's grown from your High Vaginal Swab (HVS). Mainstay of this condition is treatment with antibiotics. Please follow up with your doctor.
