What Does Presence Of Clue Cells In Urine Indicate?

Hi, my doctor found clue cells, which I know is THE sign for BV. I thought it was just a yeast infection, but it did smell fishy. However, because I OD d on Gentian Violet (and then tried to scrub it off with rubbing alcohol before my ObGyn appointment so I wasn t dyed purple) it looked like I had herpes. I do have blisters down there, but the showed up after I scrubbed myself raw and not from popping, hurting, itchy pustules. Now I m being tested for herpes that I don t think I have and the BV that I probably do have is being ignored. What should I do?
