What Is The Lump In The Back Of My Throat With Fever And Weakness?

I have had a sore throat (only on my right side) for about a week, and a lump behind my right ear. I started feeling better until I woke up this morning and now I have some kind of lump in the back of my throat (right side) I have been running a fever, and feeling really weak and achy.

Hi,Dear,These lumps need to be reviewed and consulted by your ER Ent-Surgeon.
The lump in the throat seems to be Acute Tonsillitis.Lump behind right ear may be related with it and could be mastoiditis with abscess.
So consultation with ER Ent-Surgeon would fix solution to your intriguing lump problem at 2 sites.
