What Is The Life Span Of HIV Patient?
i may inform u dat,my mother and father both are affected of hiv .I m so scared.will not be any danger r wat?my father is 52 and my mother is 42.my father has diabetis and tuberculosis too.My mother don t have any diseases as of now.till how long they live on the earth.

HIV is no more a death warrant and with advent of ART (Anti Retro viral Therapy),this has become a chronic treatable illness. Naturally there are less AIDS related mortalities and morbidities and people with HIV/AIDS are living more years. So don't get disheartened . It is their co-morbidites which prove lethal in a HIV/AIDS Patient.Your parents would live to their full longevity .

Hello, Thnx to contact us. very sad to hear for your parents. If I am your treating doctor I would like to advice you that only the new born baby is at risk of developing HIV. The baby which is already born is not at risk untill you exposed with body fluids with your parents. About how much time they live is depends on the various factors like immune status, nutrition, associated opportunistic infections, CD4 Count etc. If you have anything else to ask please contact me.
