What Is The Life Expectancy Of A Seizure Patient?

My wife had a seizure which seems symptomatic of a stroke last year on May 1. She is 36 years old, almost 37. She has made very little improvement physically and mentally. She is total care. I would like to know what I should expect as far as life expectancy and potential for recovery?

Hi
I have read your question with much concern.Even with a stroke she can still live for a very long time and even improve as time passes if she is given the chance to.She might be so dependent now but i will tell you do not be discouraged, she can still get better to be helpful to you and your family. Many people have been able to survive stroke and still live normal lives. I will advise you get the services of a physiotherapist. She needs to be reeducated and the results are always good even if recovery is not 100% she could be able to take care of herself.
I pray my answer/advice helps to put a smile on your face and that of your wife.
Best regards
I find this answer helpful
