Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Liver cirrhosis is an irreversible condition which can only be treated by liver transplant. The development of ascites along with liver cirrhosis suggests uncompensated state.

The prognosis of liver cirrhosis is usually dismal. I suggest you get a liver transplant at the earliest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
