Lbbb in your case is not a new thing and there is no need to worry about. For the new simptoms that you mentions above i suggest you to do an ecg.a cardiac Sonography, a thyroid Sonography and some routine blood tests and tests for thyroid function like TSH,fT3,fT4. These are to make sure your heart is good and if your symptoms may be from a possible thyroid problem.
