What Is The Life Expectancy Of A Person With 14% Heart Ejection Rate?
Hi Doctor, thanks, in advance, for your answer..... My father in law has a heart ejection rate of only 14% and is 94. He was told he had 6 months or less to love. Can he live longer just because he s eating 3 meals per day and his mind is still okay and he walks with his walker around the house at times ? I think that has nothing to do with his heart. He has hospice care at his home now. Your answer would be greatly appreciated.

donot restrict any thing and one observer from hospital is present. so take his advise.better to take ecg and consult cardiologist for examination and advise on treatment he should remain active and can walkn with his walker
