welcome to Health care magic.
1.There are some densities ( could be mass lesions / infective patch / collection) which is obscured by the ribs.
2.There are no focal consolidations - infective patch / inflammation seen.
3.Rest all appears normal according to the report - like cardiac size, bones of the chest.
4.In this case recommended is - HRCT high resolution computer tomography.
5.Which will help in identifying the lesion and type of lesion and its extensions.
6.After that needful treatment can be done.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
