I have had saline implants for 8 years, no problems. The last few months i have noticed breasts feel heavy and a lot of pressure and tightness around bra strap area, loose bras feel tight like they're cutting into me. The breasts feels better lifted and in a bra but by the end of the day, the ribcage is sore and tender and feels swollen? Is it the implants gone bad or what is causing this, it's constant
