What Is The Healthy Count For Semen?

hi i have my semen analysis and i really dont understand the result

color:pearly white
transparency:slightly turbid
volume: 3ml
viscosity:semi-viscous
sp gravity:1.005
ph:8.0
sugar:negative
protein:+3
liquefaction:30 mins
rbc:1-2
wbc:15-20
sperm count:0-1/hpf

Thanks for writing to HCM

Your semen analysis report suggests infection and oligospermia.This is indicated by the presence of WBC. Normally there shouldn't be any WBC in semen.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
Other investigation like routine hemoram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.

Oligospermia need proper clinical examination and further investigations like hormone assay.Treatment depend upon clinical findings and investigation reports
You should consult your doctor.
