What Is The Effect Of Loprin Tablet?
Hi, I am 30 year old woman, I lost my pregnancy after 3 month as my fatel was not taking any growth and went for aborsion. now my doctor suggested me to wait for 6 month before next time we try for baby. also doctor suggested me to take Loprin/Loprim tablet for 3 month before conceiving. can you please suggest me why she suggested me to take these tablets ? thanks

Loprin is a hormonal preparation. It prevents pregnancy by stopping ovulation/ menstruation. The effect is reversible, after withdrawal of the pills.
Your doctor must have suggested it for-
- Offering your body/ uterus time to rest & come back to normal after tress of abortion.
- also suppressing ovulation for three months has a rebound effect of good ovulation & menstruation-which is rewarding to future pregnancy.
