What Is The Dosage Of Ibuprofen For Body Pains?

Hi, my girlfriend (5'1", 98lbs.) has a fever of 101.2, a pounding headache, and body aches. She took 600mg of Ibuprofen at 10:30AM, which I believed lowered the fever for a little bit, and the 400mg more ibuprofen just recently (3:15ish). She is also taking Bactrum for an ear piercing infection, and was not able to keep the antibiotic down this morning, before the fever started. I just wanted to know how much more ibuprofen can she take/dosage amounts, a general idea of what she might have and what else should do to feel better. Also, at what point should I take her to the hospital?

Hi,
It seems that due to some infection on piercing site giving this problem.
Continue with Bactrim.
She can take Ibuprofen 600 mg at night again.
Give her plenty of water so that she will enough perspiration to get down her fever.
Give her some antacid along with ibuprofen.
Ok and take care.
